Refund Policy — FansaChat

This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work. It is part of our Terms of Service (section 9), which govern if the two ever differ.

1. Who sells the subscription

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles tax, and processes any refund or chargeback under its own Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.

FansaChat itself is operated by Fatema Akter, a sole proprietor in Bangladesh, and built by Aminur Rahman Noor. Contact: support@fansachat.com.

2. Cancel any time

You can cancel in one step from the Billing page in your account or from the link in any Lemon Squeezy receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period (month or year) you have paid for. You keep full access until then and you will not be charged again.

3. No refunds once the billing period has started

When you subscribe you ask us to start providing the Service immediately. Fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started — whether you pay monthly or yearly — including partly used months or years, unused workflows or runs, and downgrades — except as set out in sections 4 and 5.

Outages or slowdowns at the providers we run on (hosting, database, email, payments and similar) are not grounds for a refund; see section 12 of the Terms.

As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy may also issue a refund itself under its own Buyer Terms (for example, to prevent a chargeback). That is Lemon Squeezy's decision and does not change this policy.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

• Business customers (including freelancers, agencies and companies buying for their work) have no statutory right to withdraw.
• Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of purchase. Because you asked us to start straight away, if you withdraw in that period you pay for the Service supplied up to the moment you tell us, and only the rest is refunded.
• Statutory cancellation periods in other countries are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its Buyer Terms.
• If the Service is not supplied, or not as described, you keep the remedies the law gives you.

5. When we refund

If we end or suspend your subscription for a reason that is not your fault, or discontinue the Service, we refund the unused part of the billing period you paid for. We do not refund where an account is suspended or ended for breaching the Terms.

6. Payment disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster. We keep a record of your use of the Service (builds and runs, with times) and may share it with Lemon Squeezy and the card network to answer a dispute. Access may be suspended while a chargeback is reviewed.
