Build working workflow automations by describing them in chat
FansaChat is a workflow automation tool you operate by chat. You describe a task in plain words, for example "when a Stripe payment succeeds, add the customer to a Google Sheet and email me". FansaChat builds the workflow, shows you each step, and runs it only after you approve it.

How does chat-to-workflow building work?
You type a request in the FansaChat chat. The AI picks a trigger and the actions from 700+ integrations, fills in each step, and shows the finished workflow as a diagram before anything runs. You can read every step, connect your accounts, and approve it. Each build uses one of your plan's monthly AI builds.
What you type
A plain sentence about the outcome you want, the way you would ask a colleague. For example: "When a new lead fills in our form, score it and alert #sales on Slack if it is a good fit."
What FansaChat builds
A real workflow: one trigger, the actions, and any decision in between, each wired to the right app and drawn as a diagram you can read.
What counts as a build
One AI build or one chat edit uses one AI build from your monthly cap. Reading, approving and running a workflow do not.
Can I edit a workflow by chat?
Yes. Open any workflow and tell FansaChat what to change, for example "also post it to Slack" or "only for orders over $100". The AI edits the existing workflow instead of starting over, shows you the edited version, and waits for your approval. Each chat edit counts as one AI build.
Change steps, filters and conditions
Add a step, remove one, change who gets notified, or add a condition, all by saying it.
Review the edit before you accept
The edited workflow is shown step by step, so you accept it knowing what it will do.
Does anything run without my approval?
No. FansaChat never turns a workflow on until you approve it. After building or editing, you see the full step list and the accounts it will use. The workflow stays off until you press approve. You can pause or disable any workflow at any time from the dashboard.
The review screen
Every step, every connected account and the schedule, laid out before anything goes live.
Pause, disable, delete
Pause or disable a workflow from the dashboard, or delete it when you no longer need it.
What can start a workflow? Triggers and schedules
A FansaChat workflow starts from a trigger: an event in a connected app (a new form entry, a paid invoice, a new row), an incoming webhook, or a schedule such as "every weekday at 9:00". Every time a workflow starts counts as one run against your plan's monthly run cap.
App event triggers
Something happens in an app you connected: a new email, a new order, a moved card, a paid invoice.
Webhooks
Any system that can send a web request can start a workflow, even one with no ready-made integration.
Schedules
Hourly, daily, weekly, or a custom time, such as the first Monday of the month.
Which apps does FansaChat connect to? 700+ integrations
FansaChat runs on the Activepieces open-source engine and can use its 700+ integrations, covering email, spreadsheets, CRMs, payments, messaging and storage. You connect each app with your own account. Some apps, such as Meta's, need platform approval before they can connect, so not every app connects on day one.
Bring your own app credentials
Each connection is yours, made with your own login. Some platforms stay limited until their app review is complete.
What are MCP servers, and which ones does FansaChat support?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI tools call outside services. FansaChat has verified 22 MCP servers, each run by the company behind it and checked against that company's own documentation. They are verified, not connected yet: using them as workflow steps is coming soon.
What an MCP step will do
Once connected, the AI can call a vendor's own server as one step of a workflow, next to the regular integrations.
The 22 verified MCP servers: AfterShip, Airtable, Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), Cloudflare Documentation, Figma, GitHub, GitLab, HubSpot, Intercom, Linear, monday.com, Notion, PayPal, Postman, Sentry, Shippo, Square, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Webflow, Wix.
Can I start from a template?
Yes. FansaChat has 478 workflow templates grouped by who they are for: business owners, digital marketers, online store customer service, data and analytics, content creators, and designers. Pick one and tell FansaChat what to change for your accounts. You still approve it before it runs, and adapting it counts as a build.
Adapting a template by chat
Start from the closest template, then say what is different: your apps, your channel, your conditions.
Team plan: workflow bundles by role
On the Team plan, FansaChat offers role bundles: sets of ready workflows, one per role, such as billing, intake or dispatch. Each role's workflow has its own trigger, and the lanes meet through shared tables. Bundles are grouped by team size, from two people to ten, and by the kind of business you run.
What a role bundle contains
One workflow per person or role, each with its own starting point, plus the shared tables they all write to.
Choosing bundles by team size
Pick your team size and your kind of business; the gallery shows the bundles built for exactly that.
Scale plan: departments, budgets, admin and audit
The Scale plan is for companies of 11 to 60 people running automation across several departments. Department bundles are in the template gallery today. Per-department run and build budgets, admin roles, and an audit log of who created, changed, approved or switched off each workflow are coming soon.
Departments
Bundles for four to ten departments, from Growth, Product and Customer experience up to Finance and IT and Security.
Per-department budgets (coming soon)
Each department gets its own share of runs and builds.
Admin roles and permissions (coming soon)
Decide who can build, who can approve and who can only watch.
Audit log (coming soon)
Who created, changed, approved or switched off each workflow, and when.
Run history: see what every workflow did
Every run is logged with its status, time and step-by-step output, so you can see what happened and why a run failed. How long history is kept depends on your plan: 7 days on Starter, 30 on Pro, 90 on Team and 365 on Scale, as planned for launch.
Reading a run
Each step's input, output and any error, in order.
Plans, usage caps and what happens at the limit
FansaChat has four monthly plans: Starter $15, Pro $45, Team $149 and Scale $299. Annual billing saves 20%. Each plan includes a monthly number of workflow runs and AI builds, with unlimited users and workflows. At the limit, workflows pause and nothing is charged unless you choose to.
What is a run?
One start of a workflow, however many steps it has.
What is a build?
One AI build or chat edit of a workflow.
What happens when I hit a cap?
At your plan's limit, workflows pause and nothing is charged. You can buy a prepaid pack, or switch on extra usage that is added to your next renewal and capped at double your plan.
Security and privacy
You sign in to FansaChat with your own account, and each workflow uses only the app connections you approve. Those connections are held by the workflow engine, not pasted into chat. Your workflows and run data are used to run your automations, and the privacy policy explains what is kept and for how long.
Account and sign-in
Your own account, and only you decide which apps each workflow may use.
Deleting your data
The privacy policy explains how to delete your account and everything in it.
What FansaChat does not do
FansaChat builds and runs workflow automations. It is not a general-purpose chatbot, a voice assistant or a chat widget for your customers. It does not run anything you have not approved, it does not bill per seat, and some apps cannot connect until their platform approval is complete.
