Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited workflows. You only pay for how much your automations actually run. Plans open at launch; nothing is charged yet.

What is a workflow run?

A workflow run is one complete execution of a workflow, however many steps it has. If a workflow checks your inbox, writes a row to Google Sheets and posts to Slack, that is one run. Plans are metered on runs only, so every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited workflows, and seats are never billed.

What happens when I reach my plan's limit?

Your workflows pause and nothing is charged. You can buy a prepaid pack, move to a bigger plan, or switch on extra usage, which is off by default and capped at double your plan. There is no surprise bill: FansaChat never charges more than you chose in advance.

API access (coming soon) uses the same run and build caps: inbound webhook triggers on Starter, the REST API on Pro and higher. Extra usage, off by default: $4 per 1,000 runs and $0.30 per AI build, added to your next renewal and capped at double your plan. Prepaid packs: 10,000 runs $40, 50,000 runs $150, 100 AI builds $30, 500 AI builds $125. Prices set for launch; nothing is charged yet.
